Icon of JesusDiscovering Jesus in Sunday's Scriptures: Gather with the Rector and others on Sunday mornings at 9:05 to learn about who Jesus was and who he is for us today. Participants will read and discuss the Scriptures appointed for each Sunday, particularly looking at how the life and ministry of Jesus impacts our lives in the world today.

Spiritual formation classes for children and youth are scheduled as follows using the Godly Play methodology for lessons :

All classes are Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a light lunch and gathering at noon.

01/19/2008 - Concentration on the light of Christ and angels. Craft : candle making and angels.

02/09/2008 - Concentration on the "Ten Best Ways" (ten commandments). In celebration of St. Valentine, the craft will be heart projects.

03/22/2008 - Concentration on the "Mystery of Easter". Craft : Easter Eggs.

04/19/2008 - Concentration "Mustard Seed" Parable. Craft: mustard seed trinket and possibly planting something.

05/10/2008 - Concentration, "Pentecost". This will be the last class for the summer recess. We will explain the meaning of Pentecost is and get ready for the Chili cook-off on Sunday.
